Insight Book Chats - Join us for an informal chat about various topics on ways to resolve life issues, build new skills and increase emotional health. Book Chats are hosted in the warm and inviting atmosphere of the Full Circle Book Store, located at 50 Penn Place. Local mental health professionals facilitate these low-key discussions utilizing topics from current popular books, as a jumping off point. Attendees need not have read the book to participate in these chats.
